Verma joins WSJ as producer for “The Journal” podcast

Jeevika Verma

Jeevika Verma is now a producer of “The Journal,” a money, business and power podcast from Gimlet Media and The Wall Street Journal.

Recently, Verma was an associate producer at NPR.

Previously, she interned at and was then promoted to assistant producer at “The Takeaway,” WNYC Radio’s daily national news show. She interned at NPR, Nintex, Revolution PR and Alaska Airlines Magazine.

Verma has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a master’s degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
