Rest of World features director Vicki Turk has left the publication to become a freelancer.
Before joining Rest of World in October 2021, Turk was features editor at Wired UK, commissioning and editing Wired UK’s long-form features across print and digital among other tasks.
She was also a technology editor at New Scientist and has served as UK editor, Motherboard at Vice. She has also worked freelance.
Turk has a B.A. from University of Oxford and a M.S. in journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
