He previously covered entertainment, culture, tech and business for the magazine, and served as an entertainment reporter.
Chow worked as a culture desk reporter, assistant and as an Express desk assistant and reporter at The New York Times. He has also freelanced for Pitchfork, NBC News, Brooklyn Magazine and Refinery29.
