Time launched “The CEO Moment with Sam Jacobs,” a new monthly video interview series hosted by its editor in chief.
There will be eight episodes in 2026 with more in 2027. The series examines leadership, the decisions and priorities driving organizations, and the societal shifts reshaping business.
“Throughout the last decade, we have seen CEOs fill the leadership gap,” said Jacobs in a statement. “This new series aims to capture the meaning of this moment and help Times’s global audience better understand the people leading the companies that are shaping the world.”
The launch comes as Time continues to expand its coverage of business leadership across platforms and invest in new forms of video storytelling where it is seeing continued audience growth and engagement. On LinkedIn, Time has seen impressions increase 109% during the first five months of the year; engagement increased 118% during the same period, and video views have more than 2,200%.
Episodes will be distributed across Time.com, Time’s social channels, which reach more than 58 million followers worldwide, and “Inside Time,” Jacobs’ weekly newsletter, which reaches nearly 475,000 subscribers.
Excerpts will also be published in Time’s print magazine.
