Madison Conte of The Wall Street Journal “Women In” newsletter interviewed Tess Vigeland, who is hosting a new podcast called “As we Work” for the publication.

WSJ: What are you hoping to accomplish with “As We Work”?

TV: This is a subject where I think people have really good advice for one another, and so to bring more voices into the conversation than just the ones we’re bringing editorially is what I’m really hoping will set the show apart. WSJ: What advice do you have for people wanting to make a change in their career?

TV: Anything you ever do, you should be financially prepared for. But that’s not usually what keeps people from making a change.
