Entertainment industry website The Wrap has hired A.J. Katz to cover the media industry.
He will be writing its “Media Front” newsletter. He had recently started a Substack newsletter called “Anchor.”
Katz previously was the senior editor of Adweek’s TVNewser, where he specialized in covering programming, personalities and data. More recently, he has been a senior manager for program research at MS Now.
He is a Tulane University graduate.
