The Information has hired Eli Rosenberg as a reporter covering artificial intelligence and tech wealth.
He has spent the last two years working on a book project. He previously worked at NBC News on its tech investigations team covering the intersection of technology and labor.
Rosenberg was previously a labor and work reporter at the Washington Post. He wrote about how economic social forces, as well as the decisions of businesses and policymakers, are shaping the lives of workers.
He joined The Post in 2017 after a decade in New York, where he worked at the Times, the Daily News, and the Brooklyn Paper. At the Times, he was a reporter on the metro desk.
He is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a BA in American literature and Latin American studies.
