The Information hires Kruppa to cover AI

Miles Kruppa

Tech news site The Information has hired Miles Kruppa to cover artificial intelligence and the money flowing into the technology.

Kruppa most recently has been at The Wall Street Journal, as a reporter focused on Google and Alphabet. Previously, he wrote about venture capital and startups for the Financial Times. He has been with The Journal since June 2022.

At the FT, he covered money in Silicon Valley, reporting on the most significant deals, people, and institutions funding the technology industry. Kruppa has covered hedge funds for Absolute Return since 2016, also working on the publication’s research and industry rankings. Prior to that, he held editorial internships with the Houston Chronicle and Kiplinger’s Personal Finance.

Kruppa graduated from Rice University in 2016 with a B.A. in English.
