He will be covering wealth, power and technology and how those shape culture and the world.
Brown has been at Forbes since January 2012. He has been deputy chief of reporters, associate editor, editorial operations manager, and a senior editor.
In his most recent job, he has covered digital culture and social media, particularly TikTok, the NFT boom, the creator economy, and YouTube and technology in the COVID era.
Brown is a Syracuse University graduate.
