The Deep View has hired Sabrina Ortiz as a senior reporter covering artificial intelligence.
She previously led AI coverage at ZDNET as senior editor.
She graduated with a master’s in journalism, business and economics reporting from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY and a bachelor’s degree in media and journalism and political science from UNC-Chapel Hill.
While in college, Ortiz worked at The Daily Tar Heel and Carolina Week. She is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
