The Block senior correspondent Frank Chaparro is moving to the business side of the cryptocurrency news organization.
He will continue to host the flagship podcast “The Scoop” but is becoming director of special projects and will be collaborating with operations, management, and sales teams.
Chaparro joined The Block from Business Insider in September 2018. He previously covered financial technology, exchanges, and young Wall Street culture.
Before joining Business Insider in 2017, Chaparro anchored and reported for WFUV Public Radio, an NPR affiliate in the Bronx, and worked at Nasdaq and the New-York Historical Society.
He graduated from Fordham University in 2017 with a degree in international political economy and theology.
