Telegraph appoints Burton employment editor

Lucy Burton

Lucy Burton, banking editor at The Telegraph, has taken on a new role as employment editor, focusing on the evolving world of work.

She will also be writing a column every Monday.

Burton has been with The Telegraph for 5 years, also serving as its financial services editor. She has previously also worked freelance for the outlet. Burton was also with Financial News for over 2 years, where she worked as an investment banking reporter.

She was also a senior reporter at The Lawyer.

Burton has a B.A. from the University of Sussex.
