TechCrunch has hired Sean O’Kane to be its senior transportation reporter.
He previously was at Bloomberg News covering electronic vehicle startup companies and was based in Texas. He started at Bloomberg in January 2022.
O’Kane had been at The Verge for eight years and has been a senior reporter since February 2019.
He previously worked as a photo editor at Black Entertainment Television and at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.
O’Kane is a Hoftsra University graduate.
