Temur Durrani, who has been covering technology for The (Toronto) Globe and Mail, is moving to Winnipeg to become its Manitoba reporter.
He joined The Globe and Mail in 2022.
He had been at BNN Bloomberg as a national business reporter based in Toronto.
Durrani was previously at the Winnipeg Free Press, covering the economic impact of the pandemic. He has been at the paper since June 2020.
Previously, Durrani was an enterprise reporter at Brunswick News Inc. Before that, he was a staff writer at iPolitics Canada. He has also served as a news editor at Charlatan Publications Inc. and as a staff reporter at Toronto Star.
Durrani holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and law from Carleton University.
