S&P Global has hired Rachel Looker to cover U.S. policy and metals.
She has spent the past year working for BBC Americas in Washington.
Looker also worked at USA Today covering campaigns and Congress. And she was a staff writer for the National Association of Counties.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Marywood University and a master’s degree from American University.
