Reuters has moved Arathy Somasekhar to Houston to cover U.S. crude markets.
She has previously been in India leading a team of six reporters covering energy, mining and agriculture companies. Before that, Somasekhar was a senior correspondent for Europe, Middle East and Asia companies news for Reuters.
Somasekhar also covered U.S. and Canada energy, mining, agriculture and chemical companies. She has been with Reuters since June 2014.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Christ University in Bangalore.
