Sherwood News has hired business journalist Ben D. Walsh to be breaking news editor.
Walsh has covered the economy, finance and regulation. He writes about the intersection of politics, regulation and economics, with a focus on the intimate impact it has on everyday lives.
He started his career at Goldman Sachs, spending five years in roles across equities sales, in the Office of the Chairman, and the Environmental Markets Group.
Since then, Walsh has worked at Barron’s, Reuters, HuffPost and Brazen Media, and contributed freelance pieces at Business Insider, The Intercept, Vox, and more.
