SFGate has hired Matt Brown as a technology reporter.
He will covering everything tech across California, including policy, politics, business and culture
Brown was previously an investigative reporter at Open Vallejo. He also worked at the Vallejo Times-Herald, where he focused on investigative and city government news.
Previously, Brown served as a Dow Jones News Fund Multiplatform Editing Fellow at the San Francisco Chronicle. He also interned at Politico’s California bureau, focusing on housing and technology policy in the state capitol.
