Associated Press reporter Amanda Seitz is departing the news wire to join KFF to cover health care policy in Washington.
She will start her new position next week.
Seitz has spent the last three years covering the legislation, regulations and politics that shape the U.S health care system. She previously covered misinformation for the AP.
She also was a reporter for WCPO-TV in Cincinnati and a reporter for Cox newspapers in Ohio. Seitz holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University.
