Yati Sanghvi, a social media editor at The Wall Street Journal, was among the layoffs at the publication this week.
She worked with the off-platform team to manage the Journal’s social media presence on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
Sanghvi started at the Journal as part of the spring 2022 intern class. She previously worked as a social media fellow at Business Insider and wrote features for the Rutgers University newspaper, the Daily Targum, covering music and culture.
She has a bachelor’s in journalism and media studies and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in communication and media from Rutgers University.
