Serving on the Society for Advancing Business Editing and Writing board of governors is a great opportunity for business journalists to shape the future of the organization and build a stronger industry.
Online ballots will be cast for seven open SABEW board of governors seats with three-year terms ending in 2027. If you are interested in running, send your statement of intent, bio and photo to elections@sabew.org by 5 p.m. ET Friday, April 5. You must be a SABEW member in good standing to run and during your entire term. Membership is defined in Article III: Membership, Section 1 of SABEW’s bylaws.
Voting will open on Friday, April 12 at noon ET and close on Friday, April 19, noon ET.

To receive a ballot you must have a current membership. Ballots are sent from Opavote.org, our online voting provider. Institutional members receive one vote with ballots going to the main contact on their membership. Individual members will receive the ballot to the email on their membership profile.
