RTO Insider has hired James Downing as a reporter in Washington covering the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
He previously worked for CQ Roll Call since November 2021.
Downing spent 15 years at Power Markets Today as an editor and reporter. He also worked at the Sentinel & Enterprise newspaper in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
Downing is a Boston University graduate. RTO Insider covers the electric industry.
