The Rio Grande Guardian is launching a business journal called the RGG Business Journal.
Editor and publisher Steve Taylor states, “‘This is something we have wanted to do for many years. But we were really spurred into action last September when we were approached by Laredo business titan Cliffe Killam. Cliffe said the South Texas border region needed and deserved such a publication because the incredible economic of growth that is and was clearly occurring was not getting enough attention or analysis.
“‘It has taken a few months to get things together — longer than we would have liked — but we are excited to finally pull the trigger. We believe that by building on the high standards of the Guardian’s team, coupled with strong data reports and expert analysis, we feel we can do the region proud.”
