Reuters taps El Dahan as Middle East chief energy correspondent

Maha El Dahan

Reuters has promoted Maha El Dahan to Middle East chief energy correspondent.

She recently was bureau chief for Lebanon, Syria and Jordan.

El Dahan has been with Reuters for over 13 years, previously serving as a commodities correspondent. She was also with Dow Jones Newswires for 4 years, where she was a reporter.

El Dahan has a B.A. and M.A. in international relations from The American University in Cairo.
