James Pearson has been named European cybersecurity correspondent for Reuters, based on London.
He previously was the Vietnam bureau chief for Reuters.
Pearson also spent four years covering North and South Korea for Reuters with a particular focus on North Korea’s ongoing marketisation, social change, embrace of the black market economy and nuclear missile program.
He holds a bachelors degree from the University of London and a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge.
