Reuters launches economics podcast, newsletter

Reuters has launched the “Econ World” podcast, a weekly dive into the fundamental principles of economics hosted by veteran financial journalist Carmel Crimmins.

Crimmins is also launching a newsletter, which taps Reuters’ bench of economic journalists to deliver a snapshot of the most important news and analysis straight to your inbox.

“Econ World” will be available on Wednesdays.

“’Econ World’ goes beyond buzz words and technical terms to pick apart the economic principles and ideas driving the biggest news around the world,” said Crimmins in a statement. “With the new podcast and newsletter, we aim to make economics approachable, whether you’re a wonk or a business professional looking to understand how global economic issues will impact your world.”
