Reuters hires McGee to cover ETFs

Suzanne McGee

Reuters has hired Suzanne McGee to cover exchange traded funds.

She has been freelancing for publications such as Inc., Institutional Investor, MarketWatch, ForeignPolicy.com, the Wall Street Journal, the Guardian, Ocean Drive, Gotham and The Fiscal Times.

McGee previously was a personal finance columnist and blogger for The Guardian’s U.S. website. She also spent nine years as a contributing editor to Barron’s and 14 years as a staff writer for The Journa in Toronto.

McGee is a graduate of Queen’s University.

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
