Reuters has hired Detroit News reporter Kalea Hall to cover the automotive industry.
She has been the General Motors beat reporter at The News since 2019, focusing on how GM is sustaining and growing its business with existing and new products.
Before that, Hall worked as an enterprise reporter at the Battle Creek Enquirer. She was also a business reporter at the Youngstown Vindicator in Ohio.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Point Park University and a master’s degree from Michigan State University.
