Reuters hires Caldas as section editor

Edson Caldas

Edson Caldas has joined Reuters as a section editor working on the environment coverage.

He will also be one of the journalists writing the Reuters Daily Briefing. Caldas will be based in London.

Recently, Caldas served as deputy content curation lead for global news at Twitter. There, he also held the posts of content curator, acting global news deputy lead and senior content curator.

He also worked at Brazilian publishing house Editora Globo. Caldas graduated from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in Brazil.
