At Rest of World, where he worked since September 2019, he covered global social media companies, often providing insights into platform trust and safety, the creator economy and internet culture. More recently, he has been covering the rise of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
His work has also appeared in The Japan Times, Popular Mechanics and the Tokyo-based magazine Metropolis, where he was an assistant editor.
