Longtime business journalist Amy Resnick has been hired as executive editor of CIO and Plan Sponsor.
She previously was editor of Pensions & Investments for six years and was executive editor for the three years prior to that.
Resnick previously worked as Americas editor of IFR magazine, a Reuters publication that focuses on capital formation. Before that, she was editor in chief of The Bond Buyer for 10 years and worked there for a total of 15 years.
Resnick was a Knight Wallace Journalism Fellow at the University of Michigan.
She has a master’s degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York and a bachelor’s degree in international relations and history from Tufts University in Medford, Mass.
