Michael Reilly
Michael Reilly has been hired as managing editor of Every, which covers the future of business and technology.
He most recently was managing editor of The Markup.
Reilly was also editorial director at tech news site Protocol and executive editor at MIT Technology Review, which was a two-time National Magazine Award finalist during his time.
While at Technology Review, Reilly pioneered the magazine’s newsletter operation, established an award-winning podcasting team, and edited countless print and online features.
Reilly’s editing and reporting work has won dozens of awards, including multiple Webbys, investigative prizes by the Association of British Science Writers, the Newswomen’s Club of New York, and recognition by the American Bar Association, among others.
