Susan Howson, the executive editor at Quartz, is leaving the financial news site after seven years.
Howson runs the Quartz Daily Brief, the Quartz Weekly Obsession, qz.com, and the Quartz app — and sometimes she dabbles in a little market haiku-ing.
She previously was email editor and deputy push editor at the publication. She also worked at RVANews as managing editor.
Howson has a bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and a master’s degree from the University of Richmond.
