Katherine Bell has been appointed editor in chief of Goldman Sachs.
She tweets, “I’m thrilled to join an excellent team of journalists (including @qz alums @samgrobart & @johndetrixhe ) finding new ways to understand and explain the things that matter most in the global economy.”
Recently, Bell was editor in chief and advisor at Quartz. Before that, she was editor in chief at Barron’s. She formerly worked at Harvard Business Review as deputy editor for Harvard Business Digital and Harvard Business Review Group, and as editor HBR.org.
She also had editorial stints at America’s Test Kitchen and Harvard Review.
Bell has a B.A. from Yale University.
