Forbes breaking news reporter Carlie Porterfield is leaving the publication to join The Art Newspaper, where she will cover the art market.
She has been at Forbes since August 2019 and as a breaking news reporter since March 2020.
Porterfield previously worked as a reporter for Community Impact Newspapers in Texas and for the Hays Free Press in Kyle, Texas.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and a master’s degree from City University of London.
