Hailey Fuchs, who has been covering money and influence for Politico, is moving to the judiciary beat.
She has had a three-year run as the money and influence reporter, where she proved adept at cultivating sources across Washington and pulling back the curtain on powerful corporate interests. Among her scoops, she uncovered a behind-the-scenes lobbying campaign from the Chinse government against TikTok forced-sale legislation, and she wrote about potential conflicts of interest on the Supreme Court.
Fuchs was part of the Politico team that won several awards for reporting on the Supreme Court, including the George Polk Award for National Reporting.
Before joining Politico, Fuchs was a Rosenbaum Fellow in the New York Times Washington bureau.
