Politico taps tech reporter Goujard to cover privacy

Clothilde Goujard

Clothilde Goujard, a tech reporter at Politico Europe who was the lead writer for the daily European tech newsletter, will take over the role of privacy reporter.

Goujard will also co-helm the Cyber Insights newsletter, where she will cover various topics, including data protection.

Previously, Goujard worked as a freelance video journalist for Agence France Presse, Al Jazeera Arabic and CBC.

Her work has appeared in The Washington Post, The Guardian, BBC, The Globe and Mail, Le Monde, Wired, CityLab (The Atlantic), Vice, International Center For Journalists, Le Devoir, Wilson Quarterly/Newsweek and Global Editors Network.

She also reported for the National Observer.

Goujard has a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a master’s degree from City University of London.
