Politico has hired Kylie Williams as an energy and environment reporter in Florida.
She previously covered national environmental policy in Washington, D.C., with Politico’s E&E News.
Williams is a Florida native and graduated from the University of Florida in 2025 with a master’s degree in journalism.
She previously reported for the NPR affiliate WUFT News, and her work has appeared in outlets such as the Tampa Bay Times, Miami Herald and Orlando Sentinel.
