Politico has hired Andrea Thomas to edit a Politico Pro health newsletter slated to launch later this year.
Thomas has been with Dow Jones Newswires and The Wall Street Journal in Berlin since 2001.
She covered Germany‘s finance and economics ministries as well as the chancellery, the foreign and interior ministries.
Thomas also worked for Bridge News in Berlin and Frankfurt, and for BBC News.
