Politico hires Soni as data and graphics reporter

Paroma Soni

Paroma Soni has joined Politico as a data and graphics reporter.

Recently, she was an associate visual journalist at FiveThirtyEight.

Soni freelanced and was a fellow at the Columbia Journalism Review. She reported for the NY City Lens, a publication housed at Columbia Journalism School, and worked as a video producer at BuzzFeed. She interned at Slate Magazine.

Soni has a B.A. from Trinity College-Hartford and a M.S. from Columbia University.
