Philly’s ABC station makes anchor move, NY Times names art director, Telemundo Colorado promotes two

In the Cradle of Liberty — how fitting for the July 4 week — Caroline Goggin (pictured) has joined Philly’s ABC outlet WPVI-TV Ch. 6 as an anchor/reporter. James Surdam is the new art director for the New York Times’ Social Visuals team, and Telemundo Colorado has promoted Niurma Sánchez and José Luis Quevedo on its weather team.
