Ana Pereira, a breaking news reporter at The Toronto Star, has joined BNN Bloomberg as a chase producer.
She will continue to work part-time out of the Star’s radio room.
Prior to joining the Star in September 2022, Pereira interned at Bloomberg, where she covered North America’s business and financial news with a focus on Canada. Her beat also included markets, real estate, business, technology and more.
She also served as an associate business and labor editor at Varsity Publications Inc.
Pereira graduated from the University of Toronto.
