Penske Media’s new EIC, WaPo’s foreign desk move, K.C.’s CBS station names news director

The naming of Andrew Burmon (pictured) as Penske Media Group’s editor in chief is one of several big moves at the company that runs Vibe, Billboard and Rolling Stone.
