Pensions & Investments, a Crain publication, has hired James Van Bramer to cover defined contribution plans.
He has been a finance and public policy reporter for PlanSponsor, PlanAdvisor and CIO.
Before that, Van Bramer worked at Auto Finance News. He also was an editorial fellow at The Real Deal.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from John Jay College and a master’s degree from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism.
