PCMag has hired Mark Yarm as executive editor of features and special projects.
He will start on April 7.
Yarm has been freelancing for the past two years and teaching at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. Before that, he was technology editor at BuzzFeed News.
Recently, Yarm was a features editor at Input Magazine. He also produced Input/Output, a six-times-a-week podcast highlighting pieces from the site.
He worked freelance for the New Yorker, the New York Times, WSJ Magazine, Wired, Rolling Stone, Billboard, Time, Vulture, GQ.com, Bloomberg Businessweek online, The Guardian and CNN.com. He was a senior editor and associate editor at Blender Magazine.
Yarm graduated from Brandeis University.
