Papp brings more than a decade of experience in local and national news, most recently reporting on Congress for CQ Roll Call.
Before that, he covered insurance regulation and policy and began his career at Hearst Connecticut Media, reporting on politics, education, housing, crime, immigration and more.
He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in English literature and a minor in political science.
