The New York Times has launched “Matter of Opinion,” a podcast featuring four Opinion section regulars. The Messenger’s hiring spree continues, with four more staffers joining the news startup’s team — three of them departing Grid. We’ve also got moves in St. Louis, L.A., San Antonio and more, plus a new Qwoted 100 feature.
