Former Morning Brew executive editor Andrew Nusca, who was laid off in November, has been hired by Activision Blizzard as editor in chief.
He has been with Morning Brew since February 2021.
He previously had been digital editor at Fortune, overseeing digital products, including its website and newsletters. He also edits stories in the print magazine and served as co-chair for our annual Brainstorm Tech conference.
From September 2016 to January 2018, Nusca served as lead of the technology digital desk at Time Inc., one of 10 created to coordinate coverage across the company’s two dozen brands.
He previously worked at CBS Interactive and at Money magazine.
