She started on Monday.
Moore has been covering Volusia County government and environmental issues for the Daytona Beach News-Journal in Florida. She also reported on breaking news, the criminal justice system and environmental issues for three Gannett papers in Florida and USA Today.
She grew up in eastern North Carolina and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill before moving to Florida in 2017.
