Neal had been at Financial Planning for the past two years. He previously was at Investment News as a technology reporter and columnist. He also worked at Wealth Management magazine and the International Business Times.
Neal holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
